Hitting a limit
This page lists every message Chartnaut shows when you reach a plan limit, and what happens to your work when you move to a smaller plan. The numbers for each plan are on Plans and limits.
A page your plan does not include
In the sidebar, a page your plan does not include shows a small lock beside its name. Clicking it, or opening its link, shows a page headed Not on your plan, with what the feature does, View plans to go to your subscription, and Go back. On Free, for example, Charts and Accounts are locked.

Upgrading lifts all of these. After you upgrade, reload Charts: it reads your plan when it loads.
When you move to a smaller plan
Nothing is deleted. Live accounts over the new limit are disabled and indicators over it stop running. Everything else stays as it was, and you cannot add more until you are back under the limit.

Playbooks over the new limit | All kept. You cannot create another until you are under the limit |
API keys, on a move to Free | Kept, but every call is refused until you upgrade. You can still list and revoke them under Developers |
